Two bedroom house  (sleeps 1 to 4) available for short term rental in Magill, Adelaide, South Australia.

Located just 7km from Adelaide City center, this holiday accommodation is directly behind the suite in Magill ( ads19.com/Magill-suite),  and is run by the same owners.

Why stay in a motel room or expensive hotel or apartment,  when you can stay in the very reasonably priced house,  which is ideal for one to four people.

The accommodation has been established since 2011,  and has been visited by people from England, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, Canada, France, America, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan, China, Korea, New Zealand, and all the Australian States and Territories.  

Expected cost for one or two people:

• Generally $195 to $250 for the first two nights.  Additional nights: $80 to $170 per night. Cost includes provisions for first morning’s breakfast, bed linen and towels. 
   
• From 20 December to the weekend after Easter and school or public holidays – $220 to $395 for first two nights.  Additional nights: $160 to $260 per night. Cost includes bed linen, towels and provisions for first morning’s breakfast and other useful provisions. 
  
• The above cost is for one or two people. There is a $20 to $90 charge for each extra person per night. The house sleeps a total of 4 people, and we generally do not take children under 14 unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Breakfast – You will be provided with milk, tea/coffee, juice, bread, butter, jam, ham, cheese and cereal sufficient for the first morning or two.

Location: Magill, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is located on a quiet street, less than 500m away from hair and beauty parlours, grocery and take away food shops, and medical facilities.

The Gums Recreation Ground in Tranmere, about 800m from the house, contains a large park, playground and BBQ area. Just 7km from the Adelaide City Centre, this holiday house is situated in Magill, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia.

The house is located on a quiet street, less than 500m away from hair and beauty parlours, grocery and take away food shops, and medical facilities.

The bus stop to the city and beach is less than 200m away from the house. It takes about 25 minutes by bus to the city, and about an hour to the beach. By car these times can be halved.

There are two parks which contain a large playground and BBQ area near by.  They are: Daly Oval which is about 300m from the house; and The Gums Reserve in Tranmere, which is about 800m from the house. Free tennis courts, and a soccer playing field are about 700m away. Uni SA (Magill Campus) is about 750m away.

Firle Plaza and Glynburn Plaza, are located about 1.5 km from the house and provide almost everything you require (such as banks, chemist, Coles, K-Mart, restaurants, medical facilities and take away/home delivery shops).

Magill is the ideal base from which to explore Adelaide and the famous Penfolds and Stonyfell Wineries.

For the more adventurous, there is plenty of bush walking (Morialta Conservation Park) in Rostrevor and the beaches are not too far.

Adjacent/Close suburbs to Magill are Rosslyn Park, Auldana, Woodforde, Rostrevor, Hectorville, Tranmere, St Morris, Wattle Park, Newton and Norwood.

Parking/Transport The bus system is very good, and time tables are available.

Two separate bus services are within walking distance from the house. Both buses travel via Currie Street, Grenfell Street, and King William Street, which are all located in the centre of Adelaide. The buses then proceed to beachside suburbs.
