  • Perfect – Best holiday stay ever we did everything by bus and that was perfect easy acsess to city and beach and all resturants. Vic. Nov 2017
    (Trip Advisor)
  • Close to the city, public transport and easy walking distance to the supermarket and food outlets, this studio was the perfect space for us to spend a week in Adelaide. The studio room is large, with a bathroom which includes a bath and walkin shower, as well as a washing machine and good sized drying rack. The kitchenette, has a decent fridge with a separate freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Although there wasn’t a sink; Neil provided a good size
basin, washing liquid, dish brush and rubber gloves. We had good linen and the bed was comfortable, although a little firm for me.
Neil was an attentive host, without encroaching on our privacy. Although we required off street parking, we made do with parking on the nature strip. This accommodation was well situated for going to many attractions in and around Adelaide and surrounding areas. Elizabeth. QLD September 2017

  • I had a great stay at Neil and Annalynn’s apartment. It’s clean and has plenty of open space plus space for storage. Plus it’s air conditioned if needed. The kitchenette is small but handy to have. It’s in a very nice central area situated in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs. There are plenty of shops and facilities nearby which you can access quickly by car, regular buses , or even on foot. The washing machine was extremely handy for me as my stay was for a week. There’s also access to a swimming pool I will be back for a second stay soon. Jamie, ACT, Dec 2016 (Airbnb)

  • We had an excellent stay at Neil and Annalynn’s accommodation, despite arriving in the middle of a state-wide power out. Annalynn
was very helpful during the black out, and they provided torches and candles. The accommodation was exactly what we expected, with a few utilities and comforts we wouldn’t have thought of. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to couples of all ages
looking for a comfortable and safe stay close to the city. Tessa, Melbourne, Victoria, September 2016 (

  • Easy going. Good location convenient. Warren January 2015, Cohuna, VIC. (Airbnb)
  • The self contained room attached to the owners house was good value for money and was as described in the ad. The little extras like
breakfast in the fridge and toiletries were a nice touch. Neil was a great host and greeted us on arrival and as he lives on the property
was available if needed. The only negatives were the lack of off street parking and the very narrow walk way down the side past the
main house to get access to the unit at the rear of the property, which was dark when coming back late at night. Also BYO pillows if
you like a nice fluffy, decent pillow! Catherine, Melbourne, VIC January 2015.

“We were very well looked after by the host and lift in to city very much appreciated to ensure we were at the cricket
well in time. The accommodation is spacious and bed very comfortable although the apartment could do with a spring clean and lick of
paint. It is a little way out from the centre by public transport although a good bus service is on the adjacent road. Our biggest
disappointment was the pool which was not well kept and we were reluctant to use it as it didnt appear clean. A shame as this was
one of the main attractions for us when booking. Wifi available which was good and we were treated in a very friendly and courteous
manner. Would probably choose somewhere more central if we go to Adelaide again.”

knowledge.  Steve and I love the place and are definitely coming back next year to live permanently. We’ve stayed in higher
price accommodation which has had less. We liked lots! – Very comfortable bed and pillows, great to have our own laundry
facilities,  fantastic location,  and basic food provisions were a bonus.  I’ll keep in touch and update you on
our plans. Becky and Steve. May 08. England.
  • We have been very pleased here.  We have stayed five nights in motels,  but here is more space and facilities.  The price
was almost the same. You have been so helpful for us.  Thank you very much. I & A L. May 08 Denmark.
  • Thank you for providing the food items and having hand cream, etc available. Very comfy, quiet and private. I appreciate the personal

  • Rating: 5/5 – “What makes a great vacation? Is it the place, the accommodation, the host, or is it all of these plus more. Well, my
stay in Magill was just that. I WOULD NOT GO THERE IF I WAS YOU… so I can go next time. Had a great time in a nice area of the city
and Neil was very helpful and gracious host. Thank you.” Graham – Singapore – Dec 07. See Stayz Guest Reviews
